Community Facility Rentals at Dunn PAL
Rent space at Dunn Police Athletic & Activities League for your next practice, meeting, birthday party, training, workshop or special event. Every rental helps support programs and opportunities for youth in our community.

Rental Packages
Birthday Party Package
$175Multi-Purpose Room for up to 4 hours, including 3 hours of event time and 1 hour for setup and cleanup.
Tables and chairs included when available.
Birthday Party + Gym
$250Includes 2 hours in the Multi-Purpose Room plus 2 hours in the Gymnasium.
Large Event Package
$550Gymnasium plus Multi-Purpose Room for up to 8 hours.
Business Training Package
$150Meeting Room or Multi-Purpose Room for up to 4 hours.
Rental Policies
Security Deposits
Meeting Room: $50
Multi-Purpose Room: $100
Gymnasium: $150
Large / Special Event: $250+
Security deposits are refundable when the facility is returned without damage, excessive cleaning needs or policy violations.
Additional Charges
Additional Hour: Regular hourly rate
After-Hours PAL Staff: $25/hour
Excessive Cleaning: $75+
Additional Setup: $50+
Returned Payment: $35
Booking & Payment
- 50% of the rental fee is due when the reservation is approved.
- The remaining 50% is due 7 days before the event.
- The security deposit is due no later than 7 days before the event.
- Reservations made less than 7 days in advance require full payment and security deposit.
- No date is reserved until payment and the rental agreement are completed.
Cancellation Policy
- 30+ days: Full refund less $25 administrative fee.
- 14–29 days: 75% refund.
- 7–13 days: 50% refund.
- Less than 7 days: No refund.
- If Dunn PAL cancels, the renter receives a full refund or may reschedule.
Certain events may require additional insurance, security, staffing or approval. Dunn PAL reserves the right to deny rental requests that are inconsistent with organizational policies, insurance requirements or the mission of the organization.
