The Dunn Police Athletic & Activities League announces the 1st Annual Voices of Change Program and Awards which will be held on Friday February 19, 2026 at 5:00 PM.
Celebrating History. Honoring Impact. Inspiring Youth.
Voices of Change is Dunn PAL’s annual Black History Celebration and Awards Program. Our mission is to uplift individuals and youth who strengthen our community through leadership, service, excellence, and perseverance.
This celebration is designed to honor legacies while encouraging the next generation to lead with purpose, character, and community commitment.
The event will host a Black History Program by the youth of Dunn PAL followed an Awards Presentation of 6 awards.
The location will be in the Dunn PAL Fitness Center (Gymnasium)
